Confidentiality & Privacy Policy
The law protects the relationship between a client and a psychotherapist, and information cannot be disclosed without written permission.

Exceptions include:

Suspected child abuse or dependent adult or elder abuse, for which I am required by law to immediately report this to the appropriate authorities.

If a client is threatening serious bodily harm to another person/s, I must notify the police and inform the intended victim.

If a client intends to engage in self-inflicted harm, I will make every effort to enlist their cooperation in ensuring their safety. If they do not cooperate, I will take further measures without their permission that are provided to me by law in order to ensure their safety.
No Show / Cancellation Policy

If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 48 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session. Your appointment time is reserved for you and cannot be filled by another client without adequate notice. Cancellations made without at least 48 hours of advance notice before an appointment are charged at the rate of one-half the cost of a session for the first cancellation, then full rate from the second cancellation on.
